Can you provide help with install & implementation?

Of course! But we’re not sure you are going to need it – we have made it so simple! After you have signed up for an account, we will send you an email with the download link for iOS on iTunes and Android on Google Play. The email will also contain a QR code and instructions to verify your mobile number. After you have done this, simply download the app, scan the QR code and you are ready to start making calls!

Where is your support team based?

Our customer support team is scattered across the globe, just as our customers are. We have smart, hard working support people who have the same values we do – the customer is always right! Old fashioned? We know. Our agents are from Europe, Asia (including India and China) and the US, so we can support clients 24*7, in many different languages.

Is purchase price refundable?

If you really aren’t happy with the call quality, we’d be happy to refund your purchased credit. We want you to tell your friends that we’re AWESOME and we’re pretty confident you’ll be very happy with the service, and especially the , available from anywhere to everywhere!
